About this policy

N.A.N.I. is developed by Huy Do. This policy covers the N.A.N.I. game and this website.

Playing the game

N.A.N.I. does not require an account. It has no advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising tracking. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. The game does not send your saved levels or scores to a developer-operated server.

Apple handles App Store purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide developers with aggregated sales information and diagnostics according to Apple's services and your device settings. TestFlight also lets testers share feedback and crash reports under Apple's TestFlight terms.

When you ask for help

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and investigate problems. Please do not include a child's name, photos, location, or other sensitive information. Parents or guardians should contact us on a child's behalf.

Support messages are handled through Gmail. We keep them only as needed for support and related recordkeeping. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence by emailing the address below, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

This website

This site has no advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms, or account system. Its hosting provider may process standard connection information, such as an IP address and requested page, to deliver and secure the website. Email links open your own email application.

Your choices

You can stop using the game at any time. Deleting the app removes its local data from the device; device backups are managed separately by Apple. You control whether to contact support and what to include in a message.
